In this role, the ideal team member would be responsible for the development of new products that will excite and engage our customers. They would be involved in all aspects of product development, from ideation and research to design, packaging and production.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the creative team to brainstorm new product ideas and concepts.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify gaps in our product offerings.
  • Develop detailed product specifications and collaborate with the design team to create prototypes.
  • Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure product quality and timely delivery.
  • Manage the product development timeline, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Test and evaluate products to ensure they meet company standards and customer expectations.
  • Communicate regularly with the sales and marketing team to ensure products are effectively promoted and sold.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in product design, packaging, product development or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in product development or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully launching products on time and within budget.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal teams and external partners.
  • Passion for books and literature.
